Bob Zhang 張一博
Bob Zhang is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Macau. He obtained his B.A. in Computer Science from York University in 2006, a M.A.Sc. in Information Systems Security from Concordia University in 2007, and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo in 2011. After graduating from Waterloo he remained with the Center for Pattern Recognition and Machine Intelligence, and later worked as a Post Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. His research interests focus on biometrics, CV, pattern recognition, image processing, ML, AI, etc.

Chengliang Liu 刘成亮
Chengliang Liu received the PhD degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, China, in 2024; the M.S. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2020; and the B.S. degree from Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2018. His research interests include machine learning and computer vision, especially multi-view/multimodal learning. Dr. Liu was honored with the Distinguished Paper Award at AAAI 2023, and he received the Nomination Award for CSIG Doctoral Dissertation Incentive Program, and Harbin Institute of Technology's Outstanding Dissertation Award.

Bo Li 李波
Hi! I’m Bo Li, a Ph.D. student at the University of Macau under the supervision of Prof. Bob Zhang, with co-supervision from Prof. Qianqian Song at the University of Florida. My research lies at the intersection of artificial intelligence and biology, with a focus on AI-driven virtual cells and organoids, phenotypic drug discovery, and Cell Painting. Outside the lab, you’ll often find me hiking or playing badminton and table tennis. Feel free to reach out!
Caijie Zhao 赵彩杰
Caijie received her bachelor's degree in computer science from Simon Fraser University in 2021 and her master's degree in computer science from the University of Macau in 2024. Her research focuses on pattern recognition and 2D scene understanding, such as amodal segmentation/completion and occluded object recognition. Recently, she's working on developing diffusion-based methods to tackle amodal-related problems.
Chengqin Wu 吴成钦
Chengqin Wu obtained his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation from Shanghai Ocean University. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Macau, under the supervision of Professor Bob Zhang. His research interests primarily focus on areas such as image restoration, image generation, and reinforcement learning.
Haozhuo Zhang 张皓卓
Haozhuo Zhang received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Artificial Intelligence from Southwest University of Science and Technology. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Macau, under the supervision of Prof. Bob Zhang. His research interests mainly focus on medical image analysis and multimodal large-scale foundation models, with an emphasis on applying advanced AI techniques to real-world biomedical problems.
Jintao Wang 王錦濤
Jintao Wang received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University of Macau in 2022. His research focuses on the biometric recognition and voice-based multi-disease detection. Recently, he is working on palmprint recognition and generation.
Licheng Yan 鄢禮成
Licheng Yan received the M.S. degree in Software Engineering from Nanchang Hangkong University, China in 2024. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science at the PAMI Group, Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Macau. His research interests include biometrics, security analysis, and image generation. He was the reviewer for leading journals or conferences, including TIP, AAAI and IJCB.
Pinxian Zeng 曾品闲
Pinxian Zeng received his B.Eng. and M.S. degrees from Sichuan University. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at the Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Macau. His primary research interests focus on computer vision, medical image analysis, and medical/biometric image restoration.

Weijing Zhao 赵伟靖
Weijing Zhao is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in computer and information science at the University of Macau, Taipa, Macau. His research interests include optimization and learning methods for neural networks.

Weiliang Huang 黄伟樑
Weiliang Huang is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in computer and information science at the University of Macau, Taipa, Macau. His research interests include anomaly detection, image segmentation and prompt learning.
Lyu Yifan 呂逸凡
Yifan Lyu received the B.C. degree in Computer Science from the University of Macau in 2024. He is currently an M.Sc. student with the PAMI Group, University of Macau. His research interests include biometics, sentiment analysis, and multimodal learning.
Yuqi Wang 王宇琦
Yuqi Wang received his bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2019. His research focuses on the biometric recognition and palmprint recognition security. Recently, he is working on developing a backdoor data poisoning attack on multimodal palmprint recognition systems.
